Create a new Google Sheets for every large order

This template will:

• Create a new Google Sheets for every Shopify Order with more than 15 line items. This is a great way to view larger orders in a single spreadsheet view rather than within the Shopify Admin.

Follow the steps below on how to set up this workflow.

Step 1

In the Google Sheets Sheet Write step, select an existing credential or click on the Connect with Google button to link your Google Sheets account to MESA.

Step 2

Hit the Done button in the Account Credentials section.

Step 3

Under the Step Configuration section, select the name of your spreadsheet on the Spreadsheet field from the list.

Step 4

Hit the Done button at the bottom of the Step Configuration section.

Step 5

At the top of or below the workflow, hit the Save button to save your changes.

Step 6

Click the toggle to switch the workflow On when you are ready to start automating.

Optional Customizations

In the Filter step, increase or decrease the number "15" depending on many products are typically in a large order.
