🔧 Setup is needed:
🔌 Connect with Airtable
âž• Select Base and Table
Follow the steps below to set up this workflow.
Step 1
In the Infinite Options Order Created trigger, leave as All to include all file upload details, or select a specific Uploadery Field Name to only include those file upload details.
Click Save.
Step 2
In the Airtable Add Record step, select an existing connection or create a connection to connect Airtable to MESA.
Click the Sign in with Airtable button.
Step 3
You will be prompted to select any of your existing Airtable bases or workspaces to share with MESA. You will need to create a new Airtable connection if you need to grant permission to other bases in the future.

Click on Grant access once you are done.
Step 4
View this Airtable Base and click Copy Base in the header.
🗒 Note: It is recommended to fill the first row with example data so that all Table fields can be retrieved. This can be seen on the Airtable Base you just copied.
Step 5
Change the last two column headers (infinite_options_1, infinite_options_2) to match the Label on Carts that you set up in Infinite Options. In the screenshot below, they have been changed to "Size" and "Color".
Add one column header for any additional Label on Carts that you would like to save in your Base's table.

Step 6
Go back to the workflow and on the Step Configuration section, select your Base and Table.
To pull in the changes you made on your Airtable's Base. Click the Retrieve Fields button.
Your fields will display in the order that they were defined when you set up your Airtable Base's table. If you are viewing your table's data in an Airtable View, the order of the columns may be different.
Step 7
In the Fields section, update the variables for your Infinite Options fields by clicking the Variables selector icon {+}. A menu will pop up on the right-hand side and under the Loop icon, select from the list of variables that represent the option selections.

🗒 Note: When selecting variables, keep in mind that the data must match what your table's field types are expecting in Airtable. Learn more about field types.
Step 8
Click Save.
Step 9
At the top or bottom of the page, switch Off to On to turn on your workflow to start automating.
