Notify Waitlisted Customers When a Product Becomes Available
Keep your customers informed by managing product waitlists with ease using Forms by MESA. This workflow template allows you to manually approve or reject waitlisted customers and sends an email notification once approved. Take full control of your waitlist, keeping eager customers updated on product availability and driving engagement with your store.

Follow the steps below to set up this workflow.
Step 1
In the Form trigger, click the copy icon beside the Form Embed code to copy the code. Then, embed the form anywhere on your store. Learn more on how to embed MESA forms within your store.
You can click the Open Form Builder button to view the current form.
Step 2
In the Shopify Product Retrieve step, select the corresponding product to retrieve information for your waitlist.
Step 3
At the top of or below the workflow, hit the Save changes button to save your changes.
Step 4
At the top or bottom of the page, switch Off to On to turn on your workflow to start automating.
Optional Customizations
In the Approval step, add an email within the Notification emails field to manually approve the product notification emails sent to your customers. The message will appear in the Approvals Tab as well as in notification emails if they are configured. Learn more about Approvals by MESA.
In the Email step, adjust the email message to customize the message for your store. You can also use MESA's Variables feature, which represents data. When a workflow runs, variables get replaced with real-time data.
