Export Delivered Order and Fulfillment Details to Google Sheets

This MESA workflow template extends beyond Tracktor’s 90-day data access, allowing you to store and query past and current tracking data in one centralized location. Easily analyze shipment history and high-level order insights, ensuring your data is always accessible.

Follow the steps below to set up this workflow.

Step 1

In the Google Sheets Add Row - Fulfillments step, select an existing connection or hit the Sign in with Google button to connect your Google Sheets account with MESA.

Step 2

View this Google Sheet and click on Make a copy.

Step 3

Go back to the workflow and view the Google Sheets Add Row - Fulfillments step.

In the Spreadsheet field, click Select Spreadsheet. Select the spreadsheet you copied from the previous step. Click Select.

In the Sheet field, select Fulfillments.

Step 4

Please do not fill out the Days since Ordered field in the Google Sheets Add Row - Fulfillments step. It is required to leave it empty.

Step 5

Expand the Google Sheets Add Row - Orders step.

In the Spreadsheet field, click Select Spreadsheet. Select the spreadsheet you copied from the previous step. Click Select.

In the Sheet field, select Orders.

Step 6

At the top of or below the workflow steps, click the Save changes button to save your changes.

Step 7

At the top or bottom of the page, switch Off to On to turn on your workflow to start automating.
