Send Influencer Instagram Handles to Gatsby from Custom Forms

Easily gather Instagram handles and insights from influential customers by integrating Form by MESA with Gatsby. This workflow template enables you to create custom forms on your Shopify store that capture Instagram handles and send the data directly to Gatsby. Leverage this information to strengthen your influencer marketing and build authentic connections with top customers.

Follow the steps below to set up this workflow.

Step 1

In the Gatsby Create Contact step, add the Webhook URL following these next steps.

Log in to your Gatsby account. Click on the Integrations page, and then click on the Connect button on the Webhooks card.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the copy icon to copy the Webhook URL.

Go back to the workflow and paste the copied Webhook URL to the Webhook URL field.

Step 2

Click the Save changes button at the top of or below the workflow.

Step 3

Open the Form trigger and hit the Open Form Builder button to view the Form.

This is what the Form looks like.

Step 4

Click the Cancel button to close the pop-up.

Step 5

Click the copy icon next to the Form Embed Code field.

Step 6

In a separate tab, navigate to your Shopify Admin, then Settings, and then Checkout and accounts.

Step 7

Paste the Form Embed Code in the Order status page field under the Additional scripts section. 

Click Save.

🗒 Note: You will need to enable the workflow (step 11 in this guide) in order to see the Form displaying in its placement.

Step 8

Once that is completed, go back to your workflow on the MESA dashboard.

Step 9

At the top or bottom of the page, switch Off to On to turn on your workflow to start automating.
