Email Product or Service Quotes to Staff from Shopify Forms

Enhance your sales process by using customizable quote forms on your Shopify store. This MESA workflow template leverages Forms by MESA to collect quote requests and automatically emails them to a designated staff email address when submitted. Provide tailored quotes and a personalized customer experience, all while streamlining communication with your team.

🔧 Setup is needed:
✏️ Configure the email's message
➕ Add a product or service quote form

🗒️ Note: This template uses the Premium app, Email by MESA. Each time a Premium action is performed in a running workflow, one Premium credit is used. Learn more.


Follow the steps below to set up this workflow.

Step 1

Open the Email step and adjust the message of the email to your desired format.

Step 2

Click the Save changes button at the top of or below the workflow to save your changes.

Step 3

Open the Form trigger and click the copy button next to the Form Embed Code field.

Step 4

Open a separate tab in your web browser. From the Shopify Admin, click on Settings and then Checkout and accounts.

Step 5

Paste the copied Form Embed Code in the Order status page field under the Additional Scripts section. 

Click on Save.

🗒 Note: You will need to enable the workflow (step 7 in this guide) in order to see the Form displaying in its placement.

Step 6

Go back to viewing the workflow on your MESA dashboard. 

Step 7

If you have made any changes to the workflow, click the Save changes button at the top of or below the workflow to save your changes.

Step 8

At the top or bottom of the page, switch Off to On to turn on your workflow to start automating.
