Save Customer Birthdays to Yotpo Loyalty
Enhance customer engagement by adding birthdays to Yotpo Loyalty profiles, allowing you to reward customers on their special day. This MESA workflow template automatically saves a customer’s date of birth to Yotpo Loyalty when they submit a form response. Celebrate birthdays with exclusive offers, boost brand loyalty, and make your customers feel valued.

Follow the steps below to set up this workflow.
Step 1
In the Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals Set Birthday step, select Existing Credential or click on Add New Credential.
When adding a new credential, you'll need to add your unique API Key and GUID so that Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals is a connected app within MESA.
You can find both the API Key and GUID in your Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals app > Settings > General.
Add the API Key field to the Key field in the credential, and GUID value to the Secret field.
Step 2
Click on Add Credential.
Step 3
Click the Save changes button at the top of or below the workflow to save your changes.
Step 4
Add the form to your Order Status page using Forms by MESA
Open the Form trigger and click the copy button next to the Form Embed Code field.
🗒 Note: You will need to enable the workflow (step 5 in this guide) in order to see the Form displaying in its placement.
Go back to viewing the workflow on your MESA dashboard.
If you have made any changes to the workflow, click the Save button at the top of or below the workflow to save your changes.
Step 5
At the top or bottom of the page, switch Off to On to turn on your workflow to start automating.
