β Add Base and Table Name
Follow the steps below to set up this workflow.
Step 1
In the Uploadery Order Created trigger, locate the Uploadery Field Name field.
Leave as All to include all file upload details, or select a specific Uploadery Field Name to only include those file upload details.
Click Save.
Step 2
In the Airtable Add Record step, select an existing connection or add a new connection to connect Airtable with MESA.
To add a connection, you'll need to add the API key from your Airtable account page.
Click Save.
Step 3
View this Airtable Base and click Copy Base in the header.
π Note: It is recommended to fill the first row with example data so that all Table fields can be retrieved. This can be seen on the Airtable Base you just copied.
Step 4
Change the column header for File, or duplicate it to add more, and update to match the Field Names that you set up in Uploadery.
Step 5
Return to your workflow.
In the Airtable Add Record step, select your Base and Table.
To pull in the changes you made on your Airtable's Base, click the Retrieve Fields button.
Step 6
In the Fields section, if your Uploadery Field Name is something other than uploadery_1, remove the variable and select the variable of your Uploadery Field Name from the Loop Fields.

Step 7
Optional: add a default File Name for the column headers that will receive the file uploads. However, it is not a mandatory field to complete the setup.
Click Save.
π Note: When selecting variables, keep in mind that the data must match what your table's field types are expecting in Airtable. Learn more about field types.
Step 8
At the top or bottom of the page, switch Off to On to turn on your workflow to start automating.
