Sync Page Studio Pages Across Multiple Shopify Stores

Keep brand consistency across multiple Shopify stores by automatically syncing Page Studio pages. This MESA workflow template transfers newly created pages from one Shopify store to another, ensuring a unified brand experience across regional stores. Simplify page management and keep your stores in sync, maintaining the same tone and content across all locations.

Follow the steps below to set up this workflow.

Step 1

Ensure that MESA and this template are both installed on the same store that contains the page from Page Studio.

Step 2

In the Page Studio Create Page step, click Add Connection to connect with your destination store.

Step 3

In a separate tab, navigate to your Shopify admin.

Step 4

From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels.

Scroll down and click  Develop apps for your store.

Click  Create a custom app.

In the modal window, enter the App name and select an App developer. The app developer can be the store owner, or any staff or collaborator account with the Develop apps permission.

Step 5

Click Create app.

Step 6

After creating your custom app, hit Configure Admin API scopes.

Search for "page" and select the write_online_store_pages and read_online_store_pages scope.

Search for "content" and select the write_content and read_content scopes.

Step 7

Click  Save.

Step 8

On the next page, click  Install app.

In the modal window, click  Install.

Step 9

On the next page, click the Reveal token once text next to your Admin API access token.

Click the copy icon next to your Admin API access token.

Step 10

Return to your MESA workflow.

In the Page Studio Create Page action, add the destination store you would like to send the page to in the External Site Hostname field.

In the Access Token field, paste in the copied Admin API access token.

Step 11

Click Add Connection.

Step 12

At the top of or below the workflow, click the  Save changes button to save your changes.

Step 13

At the top or bottom of the page, switch Off to On to turn on your workflow to start automating.
