Sync Blog Studio Articles Across Multiple Shopify Stores
Maintain brand consistency across multiple Shopify stores by automatically syncing Blog Studio articles. This MESA workflow template transfers new articles from one Shopify store to another, ensuring that all your regional stores stay updated with the same content and brand tone. Simplify content management and keep your stores in sync without manual copying.

Follow the steps below to set up this workflow.
Step 1
Ensure that MESA and this template are both installed on the same store that contains the article from Blog Studio.
Step 2
In the Blog Studio Article Created step, select the name of the blog where the article will be created.
Step 3
In the Blog Studio Create Blog Article on Another Store step, click Add New Connection to create a new connection that points to your destination store.
Step 4
In a separate tab, navigate to your Shopify admin.
Step 5
From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels.
Scroll down and click Develop apps for your store.
Click Create a custom app.
In the modal window, enter the App name and select an App developer. The app developer can be the store owner, or any staff or collaborator account with the Develop apps permission.
Step 6
Click Create app.
Step 7
After creating your custom app, click Configure Admin API scopes.
Search for "content" and select the write_content and read_content scopes.
Step 8
Click Save.
Step 9
On the next page, click Install app.
In the modal window, click Install.
Step 10
On the next page, click the Reveal token once text next to your Admin API access token.
Click the copy icon next to your Admin API access token.
Step 11
Return to your MESA workflow.
In the Blog Studio Create Page action, add the destination store you would like to send the page to in the External Site Hostname field.
In the Access Token field, paste in the copied Admin API access token.

Click Add Connection.
Step 13
At the top of or below the workflow, click the Save changes button to save your changes.
Step 14
At the top or bottom of the page, switch Off to On to turn on your workflow to start automating.
