Send Orders From One Shopify Store To Another

When a customer places an order in one Shopify store, this workflow copies and creates that exact order in a separate Shopify store, including all product details, customer information, shipping preferences, and payment status. The workflow transfers order data in real-time between stores, enabling fulfillment teams to process orders from multiple storefronts through a single destination store while maintaining accurate inventory and order records across both stores.

Follow the steps below to set up this workflow.

Step 1

In the Shopify Order Created trigger, locate the Connect drop-down menu. 

Select your current store. It includes the text (this store). This will be the store from which the order is originating.

Step 2

Click on the Shopify Create Order step. In the Connected drop-down menu, select Add another connection.

Fill in your Shopify Store ID. This is the second Shopify store you will connect to MESA. 

Then click Add connection.

Step 3

A Shopify authorization pop-up displays. Review the details and then click Install.

Step 4

After returning back to the workflow steps, click Save Changes at the top right corner of the page.

Step 5

Before turning on the workflow, view the Shopify Order Created trigger. Then click the Live records section.

In the Live records tab, select any existing order and click Run workflow.

After the test completes, check that the order is created on your second Shopify store.

Step 6

At the top or bottom of the page, switch Off to On to turn on your workflow to start automating.
