Follow the steps below to set up this workflow.

Step 1

In the Help Scout Conversation Tags Updated step, click Connect with Help Scout to connect MESA with your Help Scout account.

Step 2

In the Perplexity Create Chat Completion step, you'll need to create a Solar API Key to connect MESA with your Perplexity account.

To create an API Key, go to this URL: https://www.perplexity.ai/account/api/keys. Once there, click on the Create key button and name your key MESA.

Then, copy the API key. Paste the copied value into MESA's Perplexity API Key field. Then click Add connection.

Step 3

While still in the Perplexity Create Chat Completion step, locate the Prompt field.

Look for the following text. Replace the placeholder copy with your details.

- [INSERT COMPANY NAME]

- [INSERT COMPANY WEBSITE]

- [INSERT WHAT COMPANY DOES]

Step 4

Click Save changes.

Step 5

When you are ready to start automating, click the toggle to switch the workflow On. The workflow will trigger when a Help Scout conversation tags are updated.

At the top or bottom of the page, switch Off to On to turn on your workflow to start automating.
